Refund policy

We will gladly offer an exchange or refund for any items that are received damaged or faulty and unfit for use, subject to to inspection. Please contact us via the Contact page within 14 days from delivery, should you wish to have your items reviewed. Ensure you include your full name, order number and email address used when making the original purchase. Also ensure you include images of the damage/fault in your email.

Please ensure that, if a product is received faulty, that you keep all original packaging intact, as you may be required to post back to us your faulty product.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any change of mind products, nor do we offer exchanges or refunds for any products that have been purposely damaged or misused. 

Some clothing items are delicate, while others may contain dyes that can stain other items if not washed correctly. We do not offer exchange or refunds where the care instructions have not been followed. 

SHIPPING COSTS

It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for any return shipping.

Should your item be eligible for a refund, we will gladly refund you the original shipping cost of the item, provided that either only one item was originally purchased, or all items are being refunded.

Should you choose to exchange your item, the second item will be shipped free of charge.

DUMMIES AND TOILETRIES

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We offer either exchange or refund on any items that are faulty or damaged and unfit for use upon delivery only, meaning that:

- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they'd known about it; or

- it is significantly different from the sample or description
